About Dr. Larson
Dr. Robin Stewart Larson is a native of Gainesville, FL. She received her bachelor degree at the University of Florida, then went on to pursue her dental degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Dr. Larson completed a 2-year mini-residency at the Parker Mahan Facial Pain Center at the University of Florida. This program focuses on diagnosis and management of facial pain, dysfunctional conditions involving the musculoskeletal structures, including the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), and head and neck, commonly present in the dental setting.
Dr. Larson attended The Dawson Academy. This academy teaches "The Concept of Complete Dentistry." With over 50 years of research in dentistry, The Dawson Academy is highly respected in the dental community for its conservative treatment for simple to complex cases. Long term success for simple to cosmetic treatment depends on effective and complete diagnosis.
Dr. Larson also attended the L.D. Pankey Institute for advanced dental education and has been a visiting professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Dr. Larson is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and the Alachua County Dental Association.
